DV 2023 20K JANUARY CUTOFF HUGE JUMP

THE DIVERSITY (DV) IMMIGRANT CATEGORY RANK CUTOFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN DECEMBER 2022 and January 2023 are available to qualified DV-2023 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number.
Congratulations to those who have already received their Second notification for interviews. It is worth noting that per November Bulletin, the cut off numbers remained the same as those for October. This may indicate a slow process. Please note that it might take a while for the letters to appear in the portal even if you have already received the notification via email.
