Things are changing but the transition will take a lot of time. I am a Brahmin and when I go to my village i feel the difference of behaviour towards a certain caste of people but in cities I haven't seen anything substantial. My bestest of friends come from (what we call Lower castes) and there is not even a minute of difference I felt in here. Most of these things are really local level phenomena exaggerated to a national level. What might be valid amongst Rajputs is not valid in Uttarakhand. What's true in Jharkhand won't be true for Marathas. Nor is Hindu society static (that's mostly a Western propaganda), since Hindus have changed in every 3-4 generations. We are not the Hindus of the Mughal era, and the Mughal era Hindus were different from those in the Gupta era.
Hindu society is not, and wasn't ever a formulaic society, any attempts to try and fit it into any "formula" will only lead to a caricature as the left is attempting to do.

Would request Prof. Taimur to stick to Pakistan only as far as his socialist agenda is concerned. If you cannot even bring socialism to an egalitarian religion like Islam, then any attempts in any other society will be useless.

Caste system is widely used in Sub Continent countries and this system has pros and cons. We can not totally stop this system bcz it has deep roots in every society. Its role has been decreased after the modernization. Does caste system give the full human rights to the individuals of society?

The reservation excludes Brahmins in areas in which they are under-represented such as education and employment. Brahmins oppose reservation to achieve goals such as bridging inequalities in employment and pay, increasing access to education, and redressing existing injustices, prejudices or obstacles against Brahmins. The reservation purely targets the Brahmins by discouraging them for increased participation. Brahmin drawback is the societal drawback that disadvantages Brahmin people over non-Brahmin people in societies, if they are under the same social, political, or economic circumstances. Current innocent Brahmin people must not bear a collective responsibility for the harm which had resulted from historical casteist treatment of people belonging to other groups. Discrimination against any individual on the basis of their Brahmin origin is unjustified. Reservation is discriminatory, discarded meritocracy and is driven by lower caste vote-bank politics.
