I think mental health is very important and can affect aging as well. Personally, I experience this first-hand. Used to be depressed and saw an increase in weight gain, which is equal to wrinkles and looks older. Please take care of your mental state as well. Work on your goals, work on yourself, and be the happy and pretty you that you were meant to be!

So true. Back in the day we were running around, exposed to fresh air and natural sunlight and had the best glowing skin. Never had to use all these chemicals on our bodies. We need to go back to connecting to nature and start eating foods that are not processed.

It's been a month now since I started walking/brisk walking daily, as much as possible. My friends say I've lost weight.
I didn't diet, I have an appetite bec i take in vit b complex. Exercise is the key!

You are right doc.

I lost weight very fast and it led to my face skin got loose (due to collagen breakdown).

P.S. My weight was 84kg and I brought it down to under 68Kg within 7-8 months.
