This is so interesting! Could you explain please what is the difference between flexible strategies and more of a structured ones? Because I often here: YOU MUST ALWAYS KNOW WHEN WHY AND WHERE you would do the new habit

I am 100% with you on this! I started exercising for purely body composition reasons at first, and it wasn't until several years into being a personal trainer and nutrition coach (and experiencing some long-term negative health issues) that I started to see how much diet culture had influenced my perception of exercise, food etc.
Now I work out for so many reasons NOT related to aesthetics, and have really reframed how I think about movement and how it affects my mental, physical, and emotional health. Like you said, it definitely takes time and effort to change those thoughts and behaviors, but it really makes a difference when it comes to making movement a priority and having flexibility around what counts as "exercise."
