I can't even get my body into the frogger (blown out knees, fused left ankle, limited hip flexibility, L3 vertebrectomy, L2-L4 fusion). But I can walk and do 100 squats to 90° if I hold on to my sink (while also flossing the better knee). I can do an A frame. But I don't know if at 47 I will get to frogger. But it's inspiring to see and wonder what regressive approximations I could come up with...
