I've had pretty much the same experience as Chris & Joe did at Joe's uncle's house. My experience had the same heavy bootsteps running across the floor above my friend & I, couldn't find a trace of anybody but we heard additional noises. After leaving, both of us felt the need to turn around at the same time and saw a ghostly face in an upstairs window that disappeared in the blink of an eye. This was at an abandoned hospice or something like 20 years ago.

The movement in the car was the seat moving forward when yanked back towards the bank. Can’t explain the kids voice-that was nuts!!!

For the video @ 12:51, it looks like the spirit of a cat who jumped into the room and ran towards the window. It makes sense, since the child was focused on the window, so the cat was protecting her.

At 21.01 minutes the dad pay attention kid voice also says something about a bridge. It's very eerie. And then you see the bridge later on in the clip. That spooky.
