Finders Beepers actually has another video where their dog finds a live person hiding under a bed in another room. The dog had a camera on him and recorded the squatter. They went in there and he was gone. He ran out while they were investigating. So, when I see this video it makes me wonder if they really saw a person up on the landing or not.

So, a little detail that wasn't mentioned by you with the school in #2. I saw that same video on another youtube channel, BizzareBub, and apparently that school was built on top of a cemetery, even displaying some of the headstones in the halls. So it stands to reason that the janitor may not have been being directly targeted, so much as the school itself, he was just unlucky enough to be there that night and draw the attention.

I almost feel like the balloon thing was because the janito may've been carrying a static electrical charge, maybe brought on by using some equipment.
Of you ever had a balloon & rubbed it, you'd notice eventually, it may try yo stick to you because of static electricity.
No explanation for the figure in the background though towards the end.

I have to say
sir spooks I like when you do longer videos although if you could get a little more info on two of the videos you show to me that would be great because to be honest when you are narrating the videos it seems to end fast and I figured out why that's because you do it so well and you make it flow out so smoothly that before you know it the video is done. With that said another awesome job and great video.
