Waqf property is not anyone's private property. Reasons for rejection of bill are:-
Inclusion of non Muslims in Waqf board.
Curbing Autonomy of waqf board.
Denying Authority of Waqf Apellate Tribunal.
Violating Art 21 Right of every individual to use his discretion to donate, private property.
Violating Art 25, 26, 29 & 30.
