Only 16% of the bills in the previous government were referred to committees for detailed scrutiny. In comparison, in Manmohan Singh’s last term, 71% bills were referred to committees for scrutiny. According to wakaf act... If wakaf board belives (believes) that some property is there's then they can have it. There is no need of documents. What a rubbish law.
Its passed at the time of Congress rule..

According to Congress.. If i belive aishwarariya rai is my wife then i can file a petition to district collector and its abhishek bachen( husband of aish) responsibility is to proove that aish is his wife not mine..
Still the verdict day in Court abhishek can't sleep and romance with his wife..

The Wagf board claims the ownership of a temple town including the temple which was built years before the Muslims enter in the country in Tamil Nadu and in Kerala they claim that acres of seashore area as their property and the fishermen mainly from Christian community are going to initiate protest against the board. The congress and the other opposition parties have been supporting the board as a part of their appeasement politics.
