Huge thank you to those supporting via Patreon 💕 This is 11 minutes of a 1.5 hour session for the Long Form Patreon buddies. I was so hoping to get the Moonlight session I am planning up before leaving for my trip, but my week just got too derailed. Had to return my car lease which took time and had mechanical things I had to take care of, plus my son's birthday and getting things in order for this trip. I think there's a creative reason for the hold up as well tho as today I've been having some cool ideas for it.

🧡 Hope you all enjoy this little session. It does have a day light theme but could really be used anytime. Light has correspondence to awareness, knowledge, consciousness, etc. and we can welcome and embody those themes at any time.

This session includes intention setting, crystal gridding the body, rattle clearing, drum grounding, smoke & feather. Just let your mind wander in a meditation state and see what comes up for you. Or let your mind go blank and your senses tune into the experience while things are processed subconsciously. There are so many ways to work with energy work sessions.

ps. I am on vacation this week. Have been planning a trip for my son's milestone bday for a year! Time is wild. I'm reading comments but trying my best not to work work this week and just be present for this experience.

For each level of Reiki the initiate receives a recorded lecture to watch at their own time, a personal attunement video, and an optional live Zoom meeting to go over any submitted Qs as well as a Reiki share with the group of all levels. Certificate is mailed via USPS.

Thank you for another timely message. This week is the anniversary of the passing of a few close family members, a celebration of life of a recent passing, and the active witnessing of transition of my bestie’s father. It’s also the 5th anniversary of our rescue of a litter of newborn kittens we saved from Hurricane Irma, who still live with us. We call them The Hirmacanes. I got to see the Gao Pei exhibit yesterday, to take a creative break from the heaviness of this week and was reminded of the beauty in the world. That how we see the world is how we manifest. The peace and beauty that you create through these shared sessions is a blessing for the collective and we are grateful. Love and light 💗✨

I love this so much! It helps me focus on my chakras as you move down the body with the crystals. I love the vibrations of the drum. The consistent rhythm helps me to join in on the vibration. I also appreciate the reduction in ASMR, because for me it can be more agitating than soothing at times. I have enjoyed all of your videos that I have watched, and I appreciate your gentle compassion in helping us find the bridge between where we are and where we want to be.
