This challenge is a roadmap where each week builds on the previous.

Week 1 is our self-care reset where we're narrowing our focus on slower paced, feel-good flows to get back on track and meet ourselves wherever we are!

Week 2 focuses on creating hot girl energy through confidence boosting, high energy classes packed with empowering affirmations.

Week 3 is the week of Valentine's Day so we're really channeling our confident queen and feeling the love inside & out.

Week 4 brings the challenge to a close as we enter our slay era and walk away feeling like a new version of ourselves. Confident, hot & powerful!
