I thought this was rubbish, impossible. Until I tried it. I only levitated a bottle top not a stone but I did it. So, being a professional magician I have a few theories...
First, the rocks are actually painted foam so they are very light.
Second, they are imbedded with a large magnet, and rather than sound a strong electromagnet is being activated beneath them. It would explain how they could rise so quickly and easily, as I would expect sound waves to cause quite a vibration in the stones if that were the case.

It's funny how even though the rocks are moving abruptly they never shift or fall off one another. They look like foam rocks used in film that have magnets inside the bottom to create this effect with other magnets in white thing their on top of.
