Put your tongue up on the roof of your mouth, then humm changing the depth of the hum up or down.
You should feel energized after a few minutes.
During the day we all have a song in our heads, with that song all day hum that song with the tongue up on the roof of your mouth, I know this is hard to do but you don't really need it to help, just humming your song will do wonders. I agree….I find that the more I develop in my spiritual practice the more I see things on the level of frequency and the less I see on the level of form. I believe this is the key as I’ve learned to channel different frequencies to heal disease I had my while life as well for healing others as well as to manifest things in my life like money. In 2013 I was diagnosed with MRSA when were actually sepsis. Ops etc I was literally a bag of rotten meat. At near death I remember I had an immense and constant sound outside of me and I “answered” that sound or voice with matching loudness. It was like a quarrel, fight between those sounds. The one I heard and the one I produced up against. I survived and cured. Today I am in robust somewhat even better shape than I was prior to catching MRSA. Hospitals and profs couldn’t figure neither of how I got it nor what cured it. THANK YOU! For still having this posted. I came across it a while back but lost all information from my phone. I've been experimenting personally with frequencies to astonishing results. I'll just say it's eliminated several medications from my daily routine. A session in the morning, maybe one in the afternoon yet most definitely all night while resting.
This information is and will be a miracle to many if they give time to research, learn and apply. Most definitely experiment first before deciding on staying with big pharma or not.
I'll just finish with this. I DEFINITELY KNOW NOW WHY ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE HAS BEEN KEPT HIDDEN FROM US FOR SO LONG NOW. OHHH... WHAT THE MASSES DO NOT KNOW.
