The AtomRemote app for iOS and macOS provides external controls for NINJA V, and NINJA V+ with AtomX SYNC module. This app enables filmmakers to perform a range of configuration tasks and operations wirelessly up to 15 meters via Bluetooth LE. Input options include the ability to define how the device connects to the camera, select Gamma/EOTF and adjust Gamut settings. For monitoring, AtomRemote can be used to control playback, select monitoring modes, apply custom 3D LUTs and analysis tools including exposure and focus. Output controls provide options for 4K to HD and LUT preview and HDR output.

I just purchased the Atom X sync module for use with my Ninja V +. I updated the firmware to 4.72. I was able to pair the Ninja V+ with Atom X installed via Bluetooth with my iPhone 13 Pro Max running the Atom Remote App, but after a few seconds Bluetooth sync is lost only to be reestablished and then lost again. This connection/disconnection every few seconds occurs again and again making the Atom X Sync module useless for remote control even at distances less than 1 meter from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The same behavior occurs using the Ninja V+ with Atom X Sync for Bluetooth remote control with my iPad Pro and with my late 2019 Mac Pro. I submitted a ticket to Atomos Support, but I have heard no response.

After updating to AtomOS 10.72 Firmware, still I don't have the sync config Tab on my Ninja V so I can't connect to my iOS as well not on my Macbook MAX...
Do I have to buy extra the sync module just for having the bluetooth connection??

Pairing doesn't work for me . Nothing with Mac Mini M1. Nothing with the Iphone 7- IOS 15.1. Not pairing. Code appears only on the Atom Remote App. Bullshit.
