Actualy, both Park Bom and Sandara Park were 25 years old when they debuted in 2ne1, because the two were born in 1984 and 2ne1 made their debut in 2009. By the way, they are now 40 years old and still active in the industry, Bom as a soloist and Dara as an actress, which is very rare nowadays. Idols who debuted at an older age were always an exception to the rule, but they have become even rarer with time, because groups have been debuting with younger members over the years. I think it's crazy that 25 years old is seen as a very young age to get started in almost any career path, and yet it's considered to be too old for someone to debut in a K-pop group at that age!

We cannot keep pushing this age craze in Kpop. We've got literal children of twelve years debuting, and when a - still very young, mind you - idol debuts, people yell "she's ancient!"?? That's insane. If we react like this to young adults, who are exactly at the age most people would start working, making their debut, then we'll end up with seven-year-old idols soon. Twenty-five is so young, and Hello is an amazing singer, performer and producer. Don't take this chance from her for stupid reasons like this.

We should appreciate that . These days idols dont know much when they debut but older idols knows . Bom and Dara were 25 when they debut, æspa, mamamoo, BLACKPINK, kiol and Ruka from bm all debut when they were adults and they had upperhand as they were less tend to be exploited. So pls if 20+ idols debut support them

her vocals remind me of Taeyeon. she's great. i saw the live performance of Kandis in a sold out concert in Jakarta with the Twilight Orchestra. breathtaking. i believe Kandis has one of the best vocal colors in Gen 5.
