God bless you brotha . I am going through all this and this is just confirming that I am on the right track. Coming from a captive agency to my own independent agency. Choosing systems, processes, and proper training to hiring . Good stuff. I feel like I’m running into issues with choosing which company is good for who and which companies are more competitive for certain business owners . I know you said don’t start an agency without experience.

I do not have insurance experience but I have heavy sales experience. 9 years of Real Estate sales and now have a team of 8 Agents I manage.

I want to expand and start a insurance company. I have a pipeline and database from my existing real estate business and network.

I don’t want to work for someone else as ownership and building a real asset is my mission. Do you feel my experience will be enough to start up? Or do I 100% need to work somewhere?
