My husband does P&C insurance he does very well lots of clients just love him. Explaining policies is a plus to making the money in this industry a guaranteed. It's a people business giving great quotes and they will keep coming back because they know how much they are saving:) Plus the referrals are great cause when they know you are an exceptional person that truly cares they will refer family and friends:)

So I’m working for an agency…. What is the right way that the principal pays out to their employee from a sale and renewal policy? Should the principal pay their employee by commission of a sale? And do the employee still get paid by renewals of policy that they sold? Or they just get paid by hourly?
