Not gonna lie I kind of miss the cloth capes just because they are really good for custom posing, but I do think on a objective level. The soft plastic escapes are probably better since they are less likely to rip

Just picked up that 25th anniversary Star Wars Tantive set. Vader had a cloth cape, first time ever seeing one.

The thin capes from that Mandalorian battle pack were the best imo. I’ve never been a fan of the original capes because of how wide they are in proportion to the figure’s height

Y'know what I never understood why did most of the characters in Lego star wars were capes? Because I'm pretty sure capes weren't that common is star wars. Like are the capes supposed to he robes? Honestly it would he cool if Lego made robes.

Fabric is better than the soft plastic capes. Can’t change my mind. I think the soft plastic kinda ruined the Batman 89 mini figure IMO

I like the old cloth cap but the new plastic one will last longer under play conditions as i remember as a kid the cloth one would get ripped or where easy to loss

I HATE the plastic capes. I think they look awful and bulky and you can’t pose the minifigure at all with them on

What I used to do with the fabric double holed capes, is stick katanas into the third hole at the back

Well no i love the black fabric cape with holes from the lego nexonights s2 jester train set there is also red ones from lego chima crocodiles

The new plastic capes are fine, but they're just too bulky if they made them smaller I think they'd be the best option
