After 3 yrs of training I found that the 2nd pressing exercise in the same session ended up being more junk volume than anything,
A good 2nd exercise I liked better are dumbell flys or dips

on a 4 day split how many sets per muscle should you be doing is 10 to 12 sets OK or ?
