The U.S military has released newly declassified video it says shows a Russian fighter jet harassing and colliding with an American drone over the Black Sea on Tuesday.

Since the Russian jet can't fly as slow as the drone the pilot kept trying to dump fuel on the drone by coming in and "flaring" at the last second or two and clearly kept missing and on the last try he screwed up and clipped the drone's prop! No doubt damaging BOTH aircraft!
