US releases video of Russian jet intercepting MQ-9 Reaper drone

The US released a video which it says shows a Russian military jet intercepting one of its MQ-9 Reaper drones.

The de-classified video, which is about 40 seconds long, was edited by the US military for length, but shows events in a sequential order, according to the Pentagon.

I'm pretty sure that's not fuel that's vapor barrier from the Jets but this is where they're claiming that moment is where the jet made contact with the drone propeller however after the jet is out of frame you can clearly see the propeller still moving.
