1. Size: It is smaller and thinner.
2. Data / Power: 10 Gigabit per second / 100 watts of power.
3. Compatibility: Backward compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0
4. Reversible: You can plug it the right way every time without having your eye on the connecting port.
