How many takes was this? ... No offense, she's lovely but... err... it doesn't do much for the company in terms of creating a confident and professional reputation for the first time customer. If I based my decision solely on this video I would not entrust my TV/installation to these people.

Again... forgive me...but this is more like someone playing with a camera than an ad/commercial for a company or a product.
