He didn’t just kill himself, He fought until the last minute and when he was surrounded he killed himself instead of been captured. His son was taken by the British to England after his fall.

Thank you for this video and presenting about my country ethiopia ❤About the treaty, there is a theory that the ethiopian king knew for a long time that he was deceived, but he had a deal with the russian tsar to bring in weapons and be prepared to fight before revealing that he was deceaved by the treaty and declaring war on the italians. P.s. literally going to watch Viola Davis's the woman king. So excited to learn more african history.
