Excellent video, excellent information and very useful for managers but also for any other employees undergoing a digital transformation on their jobs. This also helps to understand the big picture of what's needed to addressed, sometimes even this part is not taken into account. Thank you so much for the effort!

Best ways to see need in business early and start with low risk approach like lift and shift. AWS provides 6 different approaches. Train in the people fast in the organization. Create a digital technology roadmap with proven architecture. 20 years back one need a project leader and bunch of teams. With digital so many skills required are un believable. Best ways to create multiple centre of excellence or feature teams to support the digital projects. I see two technology alignment like changing to SaaS. Other is business alignment to digital building new features etc.
