Most agents won’t work with you until you provide them with proof of funds. Also most land purchases are under 50k which doesn’t generate a large commission for the agent so they’ll typically treat your search as a lower priority. This is not meant to discourage anyone but rather set realistic expectations.

Guys I live in Grenada and tried to buy piece of property, while I saw as ideal for me. The real estate agent understood that I did not know anything at all and depended on them and they (agent and thr lawyer she GOT ME) robbed me dearly of all my savings.
