Nagatoro is not a bully, she tease him, she likes him, and she spot being strong on her teasing super fast, she never humillate him really, and she support him in his art and makes him a better person with an improvment in his self esteem

Say what you want Oreimo was a great anime (No I'm not into sisters myself) It was an interesting dynamic that wasn't done before. It was mostly focused on one otaku girls fear of being seen as an otaku and losing her friend. Then her brother helps her out and she makes new friends and even confronts her friend about being an otaku.

The problem is the west is over sexualizing everything and can never see the pureness of anything. People just instantly think Kirino is getting smashed by her brother. In my mind the both of them decided that they would rather live together in celibacy than ruin their strong friendship getting with another person. It's wholesome I sweat .___.
