I have noticed that "searing" really does give the meat a delicious flavor and makes a huge difference in the overall taste of the meat. I do this with my roasts and chicken now too before putting them into the crockpot, it just adds extra flavor to the meal.🤗💯 It is definitely worth taking a little extra time to do the searing process in the beginning.
