I want to make an Android app for my coaching in which I can do following things::--

1. I can update class timing 
2. I can make attendance which student's parents can see .
3. Post some notes.(not needed if hard to do.)
4.login system by which each parents and student can see all things.
5. send sms by app if student is absent.

I can't understand what he is saying. For example, he said beginners should not start with Dreamweaver but he recommends two programs but I could not understand what he said. Then, instead of him saying be-gin-ners, he says big-ners.

I can do some basic web stuff like only HTML code, however I'm not good at turning the website into a something that looks nice like using Java Script or CSS.

Unless I got the time to learn and not have a due date, I would do it, but if it's a school project that needs to look nice and all I just need something quick that will look good.
