It can only be linked to a PC, linking with another phone with instantly transfer the account to the new phone leaving the account on the old phone completely invalid

Why would you make a video about transferring Signal to a new device if you don't even have a new device to transfer Signal to? Labeling a process as easy, and considering it to have completed itself successfully, when you don’t have all the tools and are therefore not even able to actually work the process is reductive and shortsighted.
