As a client I had done all the paperwork signed and handed over to lawyer. But the lawyer had failed to submit the same at court. This I found out when tthe case came for next hearing.

Sir if you can make a video on what are the legal remedies available before the victim, upon judge refusing to accept written submissions in criminal trial, despite the same being filed within stipulated timeline/or say within 10 days of last hearing, it would be a great insight for all of us.

After filing written arguments do we get a acknowledgement from the court or from the other party ?

Amit bhai. Two points.
1st- it needs the permission of the Court some time
2nd- in writ Court without permission it is not advisable to submit a written argument with the affidavit.

In 2009 I was an intervenor in demolition cases. In fact, it was my land where builders constructed huge buildings faulting the rules.

Thereafter, the builder colluded with Corporation officials to legalise everything. 🙂 Corporation sent a notice to the builder not me to remove the cover of paint House only.

During the Court, proceeding both agreed. I wasn't aware of it. I filed a intervention application.

During three long days of hearings, the court not allowed me to utter a single word🙂

I filed a list of dates and events with narrating the actual facts.

The court thrown out the entire file above my head, issued a contempt notice against me.

The brief was taken back by the party.

So please do not personify yourself with the case.

Sir please suggest what will be the heading for such statements. I have several discussion with judge verbally but how to bring them on writing? Like opposite party not coming, I wanted to plead and bring such conduct in front of judge. What should be the heading of such application? Will simple application in terms of affidavit would be okay?
