SARS eFiling - How to submit your ITR12

If your 2019 return does not automatically appear, go to Returns -> Returns Issues -> Personal Income Tax (ITR12) and then "Request Return" on the right side of the page, and make sure 2019 is selected in the dropdown.

Where are instructions in between registration and this step e.g. verification of banking details? Setting up your tax types?

SARS website does not allow editing (not to be confused with completing outstanding information!) the wizard form eg. initially I did not want to claim a deduction for working from home, but have since decided to reduce my debt to SARS by claiming this deduction. The website does not allow for this - unless I can't find the tools!

Some questions are confusing (yes and no- q ), and the call centre are not able to assist, I must go to the branch August for further assistance, somehow the call cantre are not sure why I owe SARS

Definitely not very easy to use, if the IT12 does not automatically appear? Also once I've saved my return, to continue at a later stage, it says the form is saved, but I cannot access it to complete the filing? Anyone know how to do this?
