I had the brown sugar boba milk from YiFang last night and so far it's the greatest one I've ever tasted!

Using the syrup they cooked the boba in is a good way not to waste food. Most recipes I've seen, throw it away. And it means you don't need to add xtra sugar either!

Yeah, I walked past their window store on Shaftesbury Ave one afternoon and couldn't understand why there was a long queue. It wasn't even a sit down venue. Now I see it was for the Mudflip. Pehaps I'll try some time I'm going past again. I'd have to be in the mood for it though, looks ultra sweet and milky.

At first, i thought i would never have the chance to try it...but, much to my surprise, there's a small YiFang stall near my area. Its just there on plain sight that i didnt notice it until now XD

So i tried this Mudflip Tea (they call it Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea here)...and its worth it OwO~~
