@2:57 The reason is simple: Spain and Italy use the same legal time zone but Spain is 1 hour to the West of Italy, so their solar times differ by 1 hour. (Legal time zone differs to the geographical time zone, and both differs to the solar time).

I have my problems with this video.
Unfortunately (generally speaking) Italy has 2 greatly split cultures and in your "differences" check, you don't do this and instead kinda mix them which makes no sense. A north italian acts very different to a south italian.
The best example is the eating times. What you mentioned in the video applies to north italians. South Italians on the other hand have very similar times like spanish.
Another example is the problem solution and rules. "The italian way" applies more to the south italian way of thinking while the north italian way acts more similar to the spanish way.
And the last "difference" is unfortunately the biggest nonsense in this video. Italy has extremely high variety of food and they vary even more extremely from city to city than in spain. The food culture in Italy is unmatched (no disrespect to spanish cuisine, it's amazing too)
