Im also using redmi note 12 pro but after update Android 13 my phone scrine light is off still not working when im going to xiaomi customer care they didn’t help me because note 12 pro isn’t lunch in Bangladesh 😢😢😢

Processor used by this phone is Mediatek Dimensity 1080 and it’s official website clearly states It can record video in 4K HDR then why you guys didn’t provide hdr for video recording why not using processor with its full potential,

Don't buy this.i bought redimi note 10 pro, more bugs after buying 10 months not working selfie camara after they replaced new mother board warranty period. after 3month and again I updated MIUI14 then every time restart this phone.i only used one year this pone.
warranty period expired now.
Again I should replace new mother board.
I don't have money.
1000 more than the price I bought this phone for.😡🤢
I never buy redimi.
