I like how you can abuse any gameplan you want. Camp with banana, ledgetrap with all your tilts, edgeguard with any arieal, zone with cloud back air, fish for down smash > f smash, or up tilt > up air, or dash attack > up air, or chrom jab > cloud back air

I think any non-shulk character with monado arts would be broken already, just by that

A bit of theory crafting as far as replicating GnW's Up B goes:
Decrease the max charge time to just a few frames.
Decrease the endlag of the move (so that Diddy won't be hovering for a moment after finishing his Up B).
Have that move activate a flag that makes Diddy Fall slower and a flag to have him not use his up special again until he gets hit or touches the ground.
Any aerial will snap Diddy out of the slow fall state
