Apathy (the slumber of moral conscience) seems to be the rule of thumb nowadays, but I've come to realize there's a more fulfilling way to live. It involves waking ourselves up from that slumber, and fulfilling our responsibilities as runners in the human race. Act on justice, love mercy and compassion, and walk humbly.
