Thanks Dr. Pal. I followed your advice on not eating at night when doing night shifts and only drank water if i felt hungry. My gut feels so much better even after 7 nights.

This man Made me to feel guilty if I eat after 7 pm. To be honest I haven't changed any of my eating habits just started having my breakfast at 9 am and finish dinner at 7 pm I have reduced 10 lb in 7 months.

Very true doc. I used to eat late night too much before pandemic. During pandemic shops were closed by 7-8pm. So we all forced to learn eating early and totally stoped eating late. I lost 20+ kg alone during pandemic lockdown from 2020-2022 period. I noticed eating late makes you hungry and cause you to eat more while eating early makes your stomach filling and you don’t feel hungry at late night too. Since then I changed my eating habits and my weight never bounce back too. I’m healthy and happy now. ❤

Thank you dr pal, we are grateful to have you, we are also in favour of intermittent fasting, we are working on it and setting a goal weekly to stop eating outside and eating more and more of fruits, thank you for the content gutmannn

Hi Dr. Pal
Firstly, my eating schedule, way of eating portion sizes and more awareness on what to eat have changed drastically for over a couple of months now. All thanks to you❤ got to see your video one day. And there's no going back.
Even today when I ate overnight soaked almonds and some grapes as snack all I could think was Dr. Pal would be happy about the plant points consumed 😬 Im completing my dinner by 7pm but one issue I'm facing is I happen to stay awake till 11pm due to my work. So by that time I tend to drink half cup milk at 9:30 or 10pm
I cant drink milk without adding atleast minimal sugar and coco powder. I feel extremely guilty
But I cant help it. If I dont drink milk I feel starving and cant sleep. If I drink then it is with sugar and coco powder.
Pls suggest me some alternative
