*Prenatal vitamins
*Fish oil 1, 000mgs 300DHA
*Baby aspirin 81mgs

And when trying to conceive I took the same vitamins above but added...
maca root
zinc
and did mediation 2x daily and fertility massages and it helped me conceive twice when used to suffer from infertility and multiple miscarriages.
