I conceived right away the first time.
But for the second time it took a longer time.
After 7 months of trying my OB suggested my husband take CoQ10

First cycle of him taking it and BOOM got pregnant.

8 weeks now. Praying for a healthy pregnancy ♥️

Thank you Doctor to explain it all. I wish they would do these studies on a bigger scale. Just from my own experience, me and my partner tried to get pregnant longer then one year, I am 36 years old. Then I found this recommendation on the internet to take CoQ10, just me not my partner. And after one month taking the supplement every day I was pregnant. Not sure if it was the supplement, but definitely worth the try! Now 39 weeks pregnant and very excited to meet the baby boy. The supplement I took is Bandini Coenzima Q10 200mg. The same dose as the doctor recommends in the video. I got it on Amazon, it is made in Italy and vegan sold on Amazon. Good luck all on your journey!

I take Coq10. Ubichinol 100 mg daily. The question remains - should that be continued when pregnant ? My doctor says that has not been tested, so to stop in case of pregnancy in other words.

When i took q10 300mg daily my cycle got really long, it happened on several trials. I can't be 100% sure but i tried to stop and restart much later. There a mumsnet thread of other women reporting this too. Again we could be pinning it incorrectly on thr co enzyme q10. I'm now taking just 30mg ahd hoping that good food sources help.

Informative....My wife is taking CoQ10 200mg last 3-4 months. She is 37yrs now, experienced 3 times miscarriages. Her AMH level was 0.28 ng/mL 3months ago before taking CoQ10 but now it is 0.03 ng/mL. She has tyroid but under control. She has diabetes and was controlled....Suddenly HBA1C level increases to 7.4 but it was 6.4~6.6. Is this the only reason for the AMH level dropping more within months? We are planning for a baby
