Chronic sleep deprivation - which means not getting adequate sleep for several nights in a row - results in cognitive performance problems, behaviour changes and emotional disturbances

Studies have found that if you haven't slept well for a few days, and end up sleeping for a longer time, you may 'feel' refreshed, but your brain is still suffering from the harmful effects of poor sleep. It takes more than 5 days of 8-hour sleep to fully recover from chronic sleep deprivation.

This is also important for people who work long hours during the week, thinking that the weekend sleep will 'fix' their sleep debt. This is not the case.

Basically, we first underestimated how important sleep is to health, and now we are underestimating how important the duration and frequency of sleep is.

Just change your lifestyle:
like don't watch shorts or any entertaining video on social media for a day or two you will definately get a good sleep and a more grasping mind.

Sir dilemma comes when I listen to the poem like" nind, chaiin sab tyago tum, maidan chod mat bhago tum " sir when I sleep I feel that I will not be successful if I keep on sleeping like this. I don't know how to solve it

We should normalize asking, "Did you sleep well?" instead of "How are you?".

I sleep 7-8hrs but feel exhausted sometimes, earlier in college days used to sleep 9-10hrs . Does everyone require different amount of sleep or 7-8hrs is perfect? Currently in govt job preparation sometimes motivation comes and i study till 4-5am and it completely destroys schedule for next day.
