This is not correct. Many people are very happy to have a girl child. People preffered a male child because for eleven hundred years we were raided by Bandits Looters n Savages n we wanted to to defend n fight back to survive.. But now the situations are different. JAI HIND🕉️

Not everyone is like this. I prayed to all the gods for a girl child. I wanted so badly a girl baby. And i did get a girl. The best day ever in my life. When doctors told me, its a girl, i was on top of the world even under anaesthesia. Even my cousin prayed for one, did pooja and all.i know many ladies who pray for a daughter and get into second and thrid pregnancy hoping foe a girl child when the first is a male. Yes some prefer a male child. No doubt. But this is going away now. Just check how much todays parents are invested in daughters. How much they spend. How much they love. You will know automatically.

No point beating around the bush. The real reaosn no one wants girl child is this: in indian patriarchal social system a girl child has to grow up get married and LEAVE her parents, go move in with husband's family and serve them in old age and NOT her own parents. It is expected from her to prioritise them over her own bjrth family be it in terms of seving them physically or rendering financial support. All her resources are supposed to go to the family of the man she marries and not to her own blood family. Even though this system is against nature, against a person's biological instincts, our society has always been hell bent on achieving this target. That is why narratives are built that way that a girls father shouldn't even drink water in her house after marriage, a girls mother who so much as makes phone calls to her daughter from 100 miles away is called an 'interferer' who 'breaks family' on the other hand a man's mother has the right to live with her adult married child and has the right to make the child's spouse serve her insted of her own parent, has the first right over the grand children and so forth. And if any of these things dont happen theh have all the rights to blame that spouse of yheir child for not doing it. Society will 100 percent sympathise with them, so will law of the land. Now, ssk yourself honestly which one of these two mothers would YOU like to be?? Ofcourse the one with all rights and benifits, isnt it?? We all know the truth but we dont want to talk about it because somewhere or the other we all are reaping some benefits from this patriarchal system. I will be honest, i want a son, because i dont want to be called a home breaker for talking to my own child, my own blood over phone. So i want a son, you call me a horrible person i dont care. I know you know it all along, just that i am honest and you prefer pretension.

No one talks about "women representation" in ac repair, car repair, carpentry, brick laying, sewage cleaning, taxi driving. They want representation only in power, politics etc. without earning or working for them. Its a tantrum for freebies....how entitled little sweethearts...

Woman say, to have male child because those days, it was difficult for woman with lot of restrictions. Lot of abuses.. Etc.
Even I use to ask myself why? But this is my understanding, being a girl is not easy and now it's not only male or female there are 2 more additions to the gender now based on sexual needs gay and lesbian...
