• 2 eggplants
• 2 cloves of garlic
• salt
• pepper
• olive oil
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 tsp of oregano
• 7 medium tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes
• 7 oz (200 g) of melting cheese

02:51 Brush the eggplants with the remaining sauce and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes, until the eggplants are tender and the cheese is melted.
