This guy was in the game very early on, but only as of 1.5 is he easily accessed. Previously, it took using double-jump to get your way inside via glitching.

The method I use here is just straight up paying myself the 10K, the Vendor should appear after the call with Dex.

Although, let's face it, no one lets Royce walk out of that place alive.

As a few folks in the comments have claimed this is false, I've dig some digging in case there has been changes since I released this short back in March. From all I see, he's still intended to work only if the Militech and Maelstrom situation is solved 'peacefully.' I can confirm back when I did put this out, there were instances he'd not spawn or the door be locked. So in case something has changed in 1.6, this is just me letting you all know.

I just found out after 300 hours, that you can when you get to the "draw weapon" quick prompt, if you wait out the timer you'll be given a option to pay with the militech shard. However, this time you tell them about the Virus, then when you're getting ready to leave, militech breaches, then you, jackie, and maelstrom fight off Militech. I won't spoil anything else past this, but the ending of this path is neat.

Honestly, that scene is just so fun in general. So much chaos and tension. It's very easy to pick options that make thing go south. Especially if you're scared. But I'll try to route in my next playthrough.

I played Corpo my first run and got the special Militech ending for this mission, it was so early in the game’s release that when I posted about it, people thought I was lying about shit.
