NCERT Books to definitely buy :

• History - Old NCERT all 4
• Political science - Indian Constitution at work (11th)
• Economics - Indian Economic development (11th)
• Geography - Class 11th both books
• Sociology - All 11th and 12th books ( my preference )
• Art & Culture - An introduction to Indian art part - I and part -II ( 11th & 12th )
• Biology class 12th


Important NCERT's list :

• History
6th to 8th - basic reading or shanshank sir notes.
9th to 11th - no need to read at all.
12th - Basic Reading of all 3 new NCERT's or the old ones choose any no problem.
(Do keep world history old ncert for reference )
(I personally prefer old NCERT and self made short notes of all 4 of them)

• Geography
6th to 10th - just go through or Shashank sir notes
11th - most important of all keep both 11th geo. books
12th - go through and then Shashank sir notes

•Economics
9th & 10th - just go through and Shashank sir notes
11th - most important keep this one, multiple readings and self made short notes after 2-3 readings chapterwise
12th - Shanshank Sir notes only

•Political science
6th to 10th - go through and Shashank sir notes
11th - Indian constitution at work multiple readings and self made short notes & go just through other 11th political science book
12th - Contemporary world politics 2 readings and short notes

•Art & Culture
11- An introduction to indian art part 1 multiple readings and self made short notes
12th-Go through and Shashank sir notes

•Socilogy
11th & 12th books 2 readings and self made short notes

•Science
Class 12th biology - only selective chapters related to environment and ecology
