Timex are definitely one of my personal favourite brands. Even though I have a little more pricey watches like Longines, I’m still a huge fan of timex tank style models

I’m a big fan of military style field watches, and the Timex Expedition North Titanium automatic is one of my absolute favorites.

Upsides? Durable, stylish, comfortable, striking textured dial, sapphire crystal, reliable Miyota caliber, strap is easily swappable, shock resistant, 200m WR with screw down crown, all for just under $350.

Downsides? Difficult to dress up, flat/not domed crystal (I prefer domed), slow transition date window (which means no setting the time between 9pm and 1am), thick case height.

Contentious points? 41mm case (so might be hard to pull off on smaller wrists), see-through case back (I personally like this).

In short, great watch for everyday casual use, and for the price it’s a no brainer.

If you're going to get a Seiko automatic gut it and buy yourself a new one, the 4r36 movement is excellent, I'm only plus 15-20 secs over a month. Under 300 on budget 5 models

I have the timex marlin chrono and always get complimented on it. It's a great watch that punches well above its price

After having an extensive Invicta collection most of my life (never knew any better) I finally got my first “big boy watch.” I picked up the Timex Marlin and it’s amazing! I get so many compliments. Definitely WELL worth the price point at right under $200.

Guy y'all HAVE TO try the SRPK17 55TH anniversary edition. Sporty, vintage, perfect for medium-smaller wrists and eye catching. But pls don't change the bracelet, it's a bit of hair puller but takes the watch up a notch without it the watch look ugly. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
