Hubsan Care provides the insurance chance of the drone lost once a year in the face of most accident, like water damage, collisions, drone missing during flight and other unexpected situations.

You only need to pay the relevant replacement cost and can replace damaged or missing products with brand new products.

Products that meet any of the following conditions can be purchased with Hubsan Care:
1. The product is brand new and not activated
2. The product activation time is within 48 hours.

Maybe they're doing bad in the past, we criticize them. They come out with some good product and service improvement, at least give them a credit. Without competition between drone brands/companies, we will never see new drone technology with affordable price.

what does it mean "You only have to pay the relevant replacement cost and you can replace damaged or missing products with brand new ones"? you pay 59 euros + single broken piece? (and if it is irreparable $249?).
Is shipping to China free or charged ? (an intercontinental shipping is not always light as a cost, at least from Europe)

Buen día a todos : sabían ustedes que la compañía Hubsan esta cobrando 50 dólares adicionales por enviar los drones a los que compramos en preventa, es una falta de respeto que esto suceda y demuestra que la compañía Hubsan está cuadrando su déficit económico por sus errores con costos adicionales a los clientes que le dimos la confianza, decepcion total estas condiciones deben ser desde el principio de la compra no por cuenta de una decisión propia, mentiras, mal servicio, mala coordinación y falta de honestidad por parte de la compañía Hubsan,

Today the Drone disconnected from the radio control and fly solo to a Palm Tree the end was sad, brand new and is wasted Zino you should build a better solid equipment and Trust me your journey will be better more solid materials and Wala a better Drone more resistant, now I need to invest another 299.00 for a equipment just with few days arrival, I am a DJI User and give a hubsan a chance to try your equipment because nice comments about it.... now can I say still a great Drone but need more to become the best

Wow! In todays digital age you still have to enter so much information and click of clicks. As a UI and UX designer this insanely bad implementation. Fix this by:

1. When registering the drone, ask all the info required.
2. When buying the care via app or computer in one click and you are done.
3. When you need to use the care, in one click you are done.

Also, the marketing department needs to be replaced. Try this next time if product is good.

1. Find big channels and provide them with a drone for review.
2. I did not buy the Zino Mini Pro because it does not exit yet. Everything seams to be a scam and people will end up buying a brick. I hope I am wrong cause I want you to be innovative and successful

Estoy muy molesto con Hubsan y me explico: Compre el dron "ZINO MINI PRO" a los dos meses despues de cargar todas la baterias, hacerle la alineacion de censores y todas las calibraciones, lo vole sobre el mar a una distancia de 60 metros y a una altura de 50 metros, cuando de repente la pantalla de mi transmisor se apago por completo, perdiendo el contacto del dron con mi consola precipintandose la aeronave en mar (la cual no pude recuperar)
Me he puesto en contacto con Hubsan y despues del intercambio varios Imeil, me responden que yo estrelle la aeronave y que no me dan otra
Para mi fue un fallo de interferencia o electronica del sistema
Por otro lado si se estrello la aeronave como dice Hubsan, antes tenian que haber funcionado los censoses de obtaculos, tampoco funciono el retroceso a casa
Creo que algien deberia obligar a Hubsan a que cumpla con sus obligaciones y me haga la devolucion correspondiente
