Hubsan Zino Mini Pro - crazy vibrations.... I asked for a refund

I try again, I turn on the drone is baaaaam again gimbal error, noooo, I had to open the zino mini again and touch randomly the connectors, at the third attempt finally the drone starts.
I deleted and installed from scratch the app on the iphone, put in flight mode and this time I get a window that I had never seen (which asks the vpn with the drone).
Finally everything works without disconnections ... but there is nothing to be happy about, now comes the third problem ... jello effect
My footage is embarrassing, an absurd vibration that makes it totally unusable.
I think the problem is always related to the gimbal because I've seen many videos on the net of the zini mini pro and none has a jello effect so pronounced.
Enough, I was one of the first to believe in this drone (order in May) I got it for less than 400€, I also have the free hubsan care but I don't want the replacement I asked for a refund to banggood I don't want to know anymore I lost too much time.

Hubsan support was very kind, followed me through the various operations and even promised me a free battery for misunderstanding, I must say that they behaved very well.

Riprovo ancora una volta, accendo il drone è baaaaam di nuovo errore gimbal, noooo, ho dovuto nuovamente aprire lo zino mini e toccare a caso i connettori, al terzo tentativo finalmente il drone parte.
Ho cancellato e installato da zero l'app su iphone, messo in flight mode e questa volta mi appare una finestra che non avevo mai visto (che chiede la vpn con il drone).
Finalmente funziona tutto senza disconnessioni ... ma non c'è da essere felici, arriva ora il terzo problema ... effetto jello
Le mie riprese sono imbarazzanti, una vibrazione assurda che le rende totalmente inutilizzabili.
Credo che il problema sia legato sempre alla gimbal perché ho visto molti video in rete dello zini mini pro e nessuno ha un effetto jello cosi marcato.
Basta, sono stato tra i primi a credere in questo drone (ordine a Maggio) l'ho preso a meno di 400€, ho anche la hubsan care gratuita ma non voglio la sostituzione ho chiesto il rimborso a banggood non ne voglio più sapere ho perso troppo tempo.

L'assistenza Hubsan è stata molto gentile, mi ha seguito nelle varie operazioni e mi ha promesso anche una batteria in regalo per disguido, devo dire che si sono comportati molto bene.

Non gettare la spugna così presto. E' vero hai avuto delle vicissitudini che ti hanno fatto perdere (a ragione) la pazienza. Ma Hubsan sta investendo molto e ci sta credendo ancor di più in questo piccoletto.
In ogni caso in bocca al lupo ;)

Could hardly ever get mine to take off !!!! usb disconnected, aircraft disconnected, Geomagnetic sensor failed to initionlize, and after wasting a cycle on the battery yet again it would never pick up enough satellites to enable flight, sent Hubsan all the screenshots and flight logs, but nothing from them

I never find a stable gimbal video without jellos for zino mini pro, including mine, but lots of customers think it's not very easy to note in a small mobile phone's screen.
