What about Windows activation issues? Will the newly created Windows VM be activated correctly or do I have to call Microsoft or something? Do I have to uninstall my computer's Windows install after the conversion process to avoid activation conflicts? Thanks.

So, you put an OS inside an OS. It would be interesting to install a bare metal hypervisor and "import" this file, to a new machine, so several systems could run at the same time on the host on top of the hypervisor, so, if one OS crash, the others would remain intact. This way you did, if the "main" win7 crashes, your virtual box will crash too and all the OS running inside. Now, what hypervisor type 1 we could install ? ESXi ? Well, ESXi has a problem, we can only control through another machine. If you know a good hypervisor type 1 free that could be controlled by the same machine, please contact me. Thanks.

I have window 10 Pro system(I7, 16gb ram, 1tb HDD) in my office and I have created RDP connection from local and public. it is working fine for RDP connection.
1. I have installed VMWare workstation 15 on the same system and created VM with window server 2012 R2.
2. I am able to access VM using RDP session in the local network.
3. I want to do an RDP connection from the public IP address.
4. What do I need to do? I have tried with all the aspect what I know. but no luck.
Please, can anyone help with this issue?
