I feel like this is important not only for the son to document her to remember such a tender moment, but to show everyone that this is reality. Death is inevitable. Sometimes videos like this help people mourn. I don't think it's disrespectful in the slightest.

My dad was the same, luckily he went in his sleep, but in the last moments where we all said our good byes, he kept trying to gain as much strength as possible to also say good bye...I remember him letting out a loud grunt as if saying "good bye and I love you all"....that memory still brings tears to my eyes

This makes me cry because it reminds me saying my final good bye to my dad, he could hear us but had no energy to do anything, and when all his kids were done saying our final good byes he literally mustered all the little bit of energy he had in order to say, "I love you all" in a very weak voice...he passed away the next morning in his own bed.

This video was beyond touching!!! May your Mom rest in peace!! This was truly a loving son saying what he had to say to a woman who was truly A WONDERFUL MOTHER, and who will be remembered as such!!!! Wow!!! This video deserves to be here on YouTube, because it shows what a wonderful and what a most unique relationship this great man had with his wonderful Mother! And it shows that she truly had a wonderful family who visited her there, and now who was taking their time to say what I know was a most heart breaking good bye!

Thank you for sharing. My mom passed away 3 months ago from cancer and it hurt so much to see her like this. You can tell your mom hears every word you are saying and you are bringing her tremendous joy. Your mom looks like a beautiful woman and bet she is so proud of you and the family you built. I respect you so much for sharing your mom with us. In America we are so afraid to talk about death and dying. But everyone will take the same journey that our moms have taken.
